Sixteen deep blue states and D.C. SUED your National Association for Gun Rights to thwart the lawful return of illegally seized Forced Reset Triggers!

And yesterday, we stood before an Obama-appointed judge -- and WON!

The sixteen Attorneys General tried to claim that these triggers are machine guns (despite clear court precedent saying they aren’t), but the judge brought up the Supreme Court’s Cargill ruling and then said:

“I have considerable doubt about whether you’ve met your burden of likelihood of prevailing on the merits.”

The ruling should come out shortly, and based on the hearing, we anticipate that it will be a big fat "NO!" to those gun grabbing states -- putting an end to the case.

Now, we must regroup and prepare for the next fight!
